Three patterns show up most often in our patients:
Hormone shifts. Testosterone in men, estrogen and progesterone in women, thyroid in everyone — when these drift outside your personal optimal range, energy is one of the first things that slips. The change is gradual enough that most people adapt to it before noticing.
Growth hormone decline. Your body's natural growth hormone release — the pulse that drives overnight repair, lean tissue maintenance, and metabolic recovery — declines steadily after your 30s. The result is feeling like your body doesn't bounce back the way it used to.

The peptides we currently work with in this category include Sermorelin and Tesamorelin, plus additional growth-hormone-supporting peptides matched to your goals during your consultation.
Metabolic and cellular-energy support. NAD+ is commonly used to support cellular energy production and metabolic resilience. Additional metabolic support options may be appropriate depending on your labs.

Depends on what's driving the fatigue. Hormone therapy often shows meaningful changes within 4-8 weeks. Growth-hormone-supporting peptides typically take 6-12 weeks for the full effect — they work gradually because they're nudging your own production rather than replacing anything. NAD+ effects can be noticeable sooner for some patients. Your provider sets realistic expectations for your specific plan.
Because guessing wastes your time and money. The lab work tells us whether your fatigue is hormone-driven, metabolic, sleep-related, or some combination — which determines whether peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss support, or all of the above is the right path. Without labs, your first visit becomes a fishing expedition.

Sometimes, if your provider determines both are appropriate. Hormones address the foundational endocrine picture; peptide therapy, when appropriate, is considered in the context of your labs, goals, and overall plan.
Then we don't recommend it. Not every patient is a peptide candidate, and the lab review is partly to tell us when something else (hormone optimization alone, lifestyle adjustment, referral elsewhere) is the better fit.
Most peptides are self-administered as small subcutaneous injections with very thin insulin syringes — easier than most people expect. We walk you through it. A few options are available as nasal sprays or oral preparations.
