Your system may be overloaded.
Gut symptoms, immune patterns, inflammation, stress, and hormones often influence each other.
You catch every cold that goes around. You're inflamed in ways that don't quite resolve. Your gut hasn't felt fully right in months. You've tried elimination diets, probiotics, and the over-the-counter recommendations — and the underlying issue is still there.

Quick take
Gut symptoms, immune patterns, inflammation, stress, and hormones often influence each other.
Revi looks at the conditions that help your body recover rather than chasing isolated symptoms.
Labs and history help guide whether hormone, peptide, nutrition, or recovery support belongs in the plan.
Immune and gut health are deeply connected. Roughly 70% of your immune system lives in or around the gut, and chronic inflammation in either system tends to drive the other. Addressing them in isolation often misses the loop.
At Revi in Lincoln, we look at immune and gut health together, with comprehensive lab work first to identify the underlying drivers — then a personalized plan from there.
A few patterns explain most of the cases we see:
Gut barrier integrity. Your gut lining is the boundary between the contents of your digestive tract and the rest of your body. When that barrier becomes more permeable than it should be, inflammatory signals leak through and the immune system stays in a heightened state.
Chronic low-grade inflammation. Inflammation in the gut drives inflammation systemically; systemic inflammation affects the gut lining. The loop runs in both directions.
Immune dysregulation. When the immune system is over-activated chronically, it becomes less effective at the things it's supposed to do (clearing acute infections, surveilling for problems) and more likely to do things it shouldn't (chronic inflammation, autoimmune-flavored responses).
Hormonal influences. Cortisol, thyroid hormones, and sex hormones all influence immune function and gut motility. Hormonal imbalance often shows up as immune or gut symptoms.
Labs help us identify which factors matter most for your specific case.
Depending on what your labs show, treatment may include:
Immune and gut support plan. Your provider may address hormone patterns, thyroid function, metabolic health, inflammation markers, nutrition, sleep, and care coordination depending on what your labs and history show.
Bioidentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT). When immune or gut symptoms track with hormonal shifts, addressing the underlying hormones often improves immune regulation as well. Learn more about Hormone Therapy →
Cellular energy and metabolic support. NAD+ is commonly used to support cellular energy and metabolic function — both of which influence immune resilience and gut healing.
Coordination with primary care and specialists. If you have a diagnosed gut condition (IBD, celiac disease, severe IBS) or an autoimmune diagnosis, we work alongside your other providers, not instead of them. Revi can support the systemic health picture, but we don't replace condition-specific care.
The specific plan is determined during your provider visit based on your labs and goals.
Patterns worth a conversation:
No. We work alongside other providers. If you have a diagnosed condition (IBD, celiac, IBS-D, severe reflux, autoimmune diagnosis), those providers stay in the loop. What we offer is systemic support — addressing the conditions for healing, not the diagnosis itself.
Gut and immune symptoms often respond gradually — typically 6-12 weeks for noticeable change, longer for chronic issues. Your provider sets specific expectations based on your case.
Usually yes, with provider review. Bring your full medication and supplement list to your consultation; we coordinate.
Most gut and immune protocols can be combined with what we offer. We'll discuss your current approach and how it fits with the plan.
Costs vary by labs, treatment plan, prescriptions, and follow-up needs. We discuss pricing during your consultation before treatment begins.
