What to Expect

Your First Visit to
Revi.

No surprises. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you book your initial labs to the day you walk out with a personalized plan.

The Process, Start to Finish

Quick take

Book Labs

Start before the consultation.

Your first step is scheduling initial labs so the visit is built around data.

Review

We connect the full picture.

Symptoms, goals, history, medications, and lab markers all shape the conversation.

Plan

Leave with next steps.

If care is appropriate, your plan is personalized instead of pulled from a generic menu.

Step 1 · Online (~5 min)

Book Your Initial Labs

Use the Boulevard booking link to start your initial lab process. You'll fill out a brief intake form with your medical history, current medications, and goals so the right lab panel can be ordered.

Step 2 · Local Lab

Comprehensive Bloodwork

After your lab order is ready, you complete the blood draw at a local outpatient lab in Lincoln. Results typically return in 3-7 business days and are reviewed before your consultation.

Step 3 · Behind the Scenes

Your Results Are Reviewed

Once your labs come back, the clinical team reviews your results in the context of your intake, history, and goals. Your recommendations are built from that complete picture rather than a template.

Step 4 · In-Clinic or Virtual (~45 min)

Your Consultation

You meet with a member of the clinical team to walk through your labs, answer your questions, and discuss the recommended plan. You leave knowing what your labs show, what your options are, what each option costs, and what to expect.

Step 5 · Within Days

Treatment Begins

If hormone therapy, peptide therapy, or GLP-1 weight loss treatment is part of your plan, your prescriptions are sent to our licensed compounding pharmacy partner (or to your local pharmacy for FDA-approved branded products). Amanda walks you through self-injection technique. You start.

Step 6 · Ongoing

Monitoring & Adjustment

Follow-up labs at clinically appropriate intervals guide adjustments based on how your body responds. Casey Cain handles scheduling and ongoing coordination.

What to Bring to Your Visit

  • A list of current medications and supplements — including dosages
  • Recent lab work from your primary care provider (last 12 months if available)
  • A list of questions — bring everything you've been wondering about
  • Your goals — written down is fine. Specific is better than vague

What NOT to Worry About

  • You don't need to fast for most lab panels unless instructed (we'll tell you in advance if you do)
  • You won't be pressured into therapy you don't want. Some patients leave with a plan; some leave with "let's monitor and see"
  • You don't need to be sick to come in. Most patients are healthy people who want to feel better than baseline
  • Privacy is non-negotiable — HIPAA applies to everything we discuss
What if you can't make it in person? Initial labs require an in-person blood draw at a local outpatient lab. Follow-up consultations can often be done virtually when appropriate.
