Quick take
Steve brings nutrition, supplement, training, and coaching experience into Revi’s weight-loss and recovery perspective.
His background helps connect plans to real habits, protein intake, training, consistency, and sustainable progress.
Steve helps keep Revi’s approach grounded in what patients can actually follow.
Steve has spent more than 18 years in the nutrition and supplement industry, dating back to 2005. He co-invested in Elite Nutrition in 2013 and launched his own supplement brand in January 2023.
His coaching practice has covered more than 100 clients using a macro-based nutrition approach — building plans that are sustainable rather than crash-cycle, and tying nutrition decisions to specific body composition and performance outcomes rather than abstract goals.
His own athletic background spans bodybuilding, mixed martial arts, CrossFit, and Olympic lifting. He played club hockey at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The athletic experience matters not because the average Revi patient is an elite athlete, but because the experience built deep practical knowledge of how nutrition, training, recovery, and supplementation interact in real bodies over time — knowledge that's directly relevant to medical weight loss, body composition, and recovery work.
As Cofounder, Steve brings a perspective most peptide and hormone clinics don't have: an in-house nutrition and body-composition expert. His contributions include:
"Medications can change the playing field. They can't replace the fundamentals — protein intake, resistance training, sleep, and consistency. The clients who do best on GLP-1 therapies are the ones who use the appetite-regulating window to build sustainable habits, not the ones who treat the medication as the whole answer." — Steve Lucchino, Cofounder
This perspective shows up directly in how Revi designs medical weight loss plans: GLP-1 medications when clinically indicated, paired with nutrition guidance and a focus on lean tissue preservation — not GLP-1s as a standalone shortcut.
Steve is married to Tia (also a cofounder of Revi) and the father of three boys: Braxton, Dominic, and Matteo. His hobbies center on health, fitness, and family — CrossFit and Olympic lifting since 2016.
